The Shivers Film Society- sponsored short film Dirty Bill Of Health and it’s director Rob Carpenter has just won the Zacuto Z-Finder Pro prize at the 2014 Shortz! Film Festival this past weekend in Chico, California! Now the film is live online via the Viewster Online Film Festival #VOFF until September 25th. The movie will need some help in the form of likes, comments, views and shares and it’s FREE (…and easy to create an account. FB or Twitter enables and creates your own Viewster account for the comment and ‘Like’ section).
