CINEMAFANTASTIQUE – FOR THE LOVE OF GENRE FILMS

Apologies for this faceless mass email! And mea culpa for coming to you with a rattling cup. But it’s all for a good cause, I promise: my son!

My 17 year old son Jack is an emerging filmmaker and videographer whose short films are now playing festivals and winning awards. He’s also started his own band/artist photographer/videography business, shooting for acts like NLE Choppa, Trooper, Brit Floyd, Four Corners, Tkay Maidza, Alice Cooper. D12 and many more!

Proud of this hard working, focused young man.

Some years ago, he made a student film for the George A. Romero film camp in a box festival called THE PARALLEL, and won best director/best cinematography. NOW he has decided to expand that eerie short into a FEATURE film. And it’s happening! He’s doing it all himself and has started an IndieGoGo campaign to find the 5K he wants to make it a reality. Now 5K seems low…but for a 17 year old with his own top gear and an eager team of friends, it’s MORE than enough! 

Now again, I generally HATE crowd funding and rarely – if ever – share such things. But I am in awe of my son, and I really believe that he’s primed for something great with this little picture. And he’s doing it all on his own accord, the only help from his pop…is this email!

SO…if you can spare a buck or two, he would be grateful. If not, perhaps a share? Or at the very least, a well-wish as he begins this ambitious (for a kid) venture!
